Heeey! If you want to know more about orientation week go to www.cau.edu click on prospective students under quick links on the right hand side. Next click on new student orientation. After that you should see a lot of subtopics about orientation. C~yA iN aUgUsT

You'll have fun during Orientation Week. What they do is they assign you to specific peer grioups and you do various activites within your groups and at the end of orientation you have a big cheer off. You also go through various workshops that are suppose to help you with your transistion from high school to college and yes you have to stay in the dorms during this time with a temporary RA (Resident Assistant) and I think that the food is included in the orientation fee. Then when you get back in August you go through the CAU Experienece where you go through more workshops, get a tour of the campus, and learn the history of CAU. After that all peer groups from all 3 sessions come together again for another cheer off and varius activities. You are also officially inducted into the CAU family, but the best part is the last day when there is a huge party in the rec center.
