I called this morning and they claim that they have not received my transcript or letters or anything. I'm going Bezerk because they said they have the application but no money, which must be a mistake because they were in the same envelop. I really feel like cussing the lady out.
SO now I have to have my transcript resent and have all the ppl who wrote letters resend them( includin gov't officials)
Has anything like this ever happen to you?
Hampton did the exact same thing to me and my friend. we sent our applications 3 months ago and we called and they said that they dont have any of our things. except our act's

Yea, that is something you have to get used to with HBCU's. They loose everything. When I applied they lost my recommendations and my essay and I sent everything in the same envelope. That is the bad thing about HBCU's. They always messin up your stuff. Wait until you have to deal with the financial aid office.......then ur really going to be **** off... but its all a part of college. Just make copies of everything you send. If you can, send it priority mail, and get a confrimation, so no one can say you didn't send it. You just have to learn to work your way around negroes
Luckily NSU has yet to lose any of my information before I got in and now (kepping fingers crossed), but a bit of advice is whenever you send stuff like that in the mail, go to the post office and send it. When you do that get the receipt that whoever you send it to has to send you a piece of paper back letting you know that they got whatever it is you were sending/
