Anyone with a position of power needs to be responsible with their duties.
I've been a MOD on a primarily clowning board.
No one likes it when it's them but as a MOD your skin HAS to be thicker.

I personally think the moderators should be people who get along with EVERYONE, open-minded, and respect others opinions.
There should be 1 moderator for each board and that person has to frequent the site on a daily basis. If a post is moved, nlocked or deleted there should be a valid reason why.
I agree and disagree with all of you...
I as a mod I don't get along personally with everyone..BUT i do respect everyone's opinions and I believe in the right to post WHATEVER you feel you want to post in a thread...
The problem is TOO many people are Mod's in THIS thread...A lot of people with no jobs to do...
But then again THIS is one of the harder threads to maintain with **** pictures and people who post nonsense...
Your looking to the wrong people.....for we as MOD'S only have the power to MOVE/Delete things....
But when your an Administrator you have WAYYYY more power...thats like being the president...
So would you all like to know who is an Administrator??
Dwayne has been stripped of his Administrative role...as well as Rod...
Now the only Administrators are Kisha and Chris...and the other guy who pokes his head in from time to time...
Administrators have the ability to look at ALL posts that have EVER been made on HBCU they have the power to be invisible so you can't see if they're on...
When Kisha KNEW all that stuff about ****that happened when she wasnt even a damn member....she took a day and read over ALL hbcu 03 ****and enjoyed herself....

But seriously, tho...When I see something that needs to be moved, locked, or deleted, I'll delete it. I've deleted only 3 or 4 posts (not whole threads) before, and they were when Demmeri (AKA "BushPimp") was going on his little spree of foolishness.
