I'm at a community college and my major is criminal justice. I'm strongly thinking about changing it to theatre. But I don't know which hbcu: Clark Atlanta, North Carolina A&T University, or North Carolina Central University. Which one of these schools are strong in theatre as a major? I was thinking about transferring for fall '06. Is it still to late to transfer to these schools for the fall semester coming up? I've been to the atl before for my cousin's graduations from spellman(1999) and clark (2005). From what I've heard they seem like preety good schools. I'm not to sure what the gpa has to be for transferring students but I know most hbcu's accept a 2.0. I currently have a 2.1, but I'm working on having a 3.0 before i graduate in may but have to attend summer school since 3 of my criminal justice classes are only offered then. i guess schools do that to get more money. I've been to atlanta some many times it seems like a cool city. I've never been to north carolina but I've heard it's nice. How are the apartments for transfer students? How's the faculty? i was going to go South Carolina State but I had to have eye surgery so I couldn't go, i ended up going to a community college close to where my family moved in charleston. I'm originally from NYC(born and raised), bed-stuy. I haven't heard good things about the school since the 2 years I've been here. I guess it's like the saying" to each it's own." Can anybody who goes to these schools hit back with some feedback. my e-mail is veronica1711233@yahoo.com. Holla at ur girl
