It depends....There is a time and place for everything. I think that a person should dress according to their surroundings. Its ok to sag i suppose as long as we, don't see any crack. But i do feel that there is one place where you shouldn't...in church!!!! Pull those pants up!!!
actually, sagging was something started in jail....if you walked around with your pants down low, you only did it because you were forced to...cause it meant that your **** had been taken and that you "belong" to someone...
yeah most epople don't know this...they think that sh!t is thuggish...naw i don't sad but i never touch in my shirt...i don't care how dressy it is...it's really because i'm skinny and i don't wanna show it. (tasia)
