Is Nicholas Hall available to freshmen students? On the website I read that it was but when I clicked it, it said that it's for upperclass students. I'm confused, please help!!!

I think it is for upperclassmen.......but I think if ya'll have a huge freshman class, some freshmen may be staying there.
