Could you describe what you mean by "level"? It could mean many things. In response to what I got from this question: People should be on their own level. People might not be "on my level" but that doesn't mean that my level is better nor no less.

i think similar to what CHILadelphia said....for everyone...you're gonna have people who are below your level....people who are right at the level u r @....and people who are above you... and that's in terms of intelligence, maturity, reliability/dependability, well-roundedness, and so forth....
