i know i need to wrok on my diet.i basically eat whatever i want and im still the same size as a was my junior year in hs.i eat SOME fruits and vegetables but not a lot.i think my metabolism is high or somethin...
I'm always home (my school is in my hometown), but here's my daily food regime:
4:30am - Breakfast. Consists of a banana, orange juice and some coffee, or dry whole grain cereal (NO milk), orange juice & coffee.
9:30am - Lunch. Either 2 McDonalds sausage buscuits, OR some canned peaches and water.
1pm: Snack before my afternoon nap....probably a NutriGrain bar or more of that
5 or 6pm: Dinner. Bigger than the other ^^ meals. Usually some green beans, cabbage, baked chicken, mashed potatoes and water.
Since I'm usually asleep by 10 or 11pm, and awake by 3am, I refuse to eat after 7pm. My body will BETRAY me the next morning, because working this crazy shift does wierd things to you body....including the digestive system.
