The Blue Thunder cheerleaders are a tight cheerleading squad. Not only do they stick their stunts well, but they can dance well. Ebony Fire is OFF THE CHAIN. These ladies dance so fast that its ridiculous, the stands routines are sooo tight. You can NOT hate on Ebony Fire (unless you saw them last year at the Howard game). Anyway, both of these groups require a great deal of time. They are very demanding, but the people that choose to do it, seem to really enjoy it. I say look into finding out more information about both. Blue Thunder is looking for new girls, I know for a fact. Ebony Fire probably has a complete squad for next year, with maybe 1 or 2 slots for freshmen (if that). Again, expect to work hard and look good at the same time.

Yeah, I wanted to join the cheerleading squad also. I looked at their website, and it looks like they don't have any seriously small girls (I'm a midget,lol... 4'11, 105), so I was thinking I would make a good flyer. I don't wanna jump the gun though. I been a cheerleader my whole life, so I been thinking about doing something different. Ebony Fire sounds really fun... I just think I LOOK too much like a cheerleader too lol. Blue Thunder is the sh!t. They got me wanting to be a cheerleader. They actually kick when they cheer and they are just so different from these other cheerleaders.

I would suggest that if you decide to try-out for Blue Thunder be able to run atleast a mile...because as soon as you make it they put u in work-outs full swing.
