Here are some rules:
The father can't be with the daughters unless the mother is there.
The mother can't be with the sons unless the father is there.
The criminal can't be with anyone unless the cop is near.
Only the mother, father, and cop can operate the boat.
The boat is operated by clicking the sticks with the red balls on top.

I did it. You have to take the cop and criminal over first. Then bring the cop back to pick up one of the boys. The cop drops the boy off on the 2nd side and picks the criminal back up. The cop and criminal return to the 1st side. The father takes the last boy over to the 2nd side. The father returns to the 1st side alone. The mother and the father get on the boat together. The father is dropped off on the 2nd side. The mother returns to the 1st side to pick up one of the girls. The mother drops the girl off on the 2nd side. The mother and father get on the boat together again. They go back to the first side.....and now i forgot the rest....lol
