Have you all registered with this site? Wich do you feel has the most potential for growth?
I like the blogs on xuQa, b/c you can interact with people more.
HU doesn't even have 100 people on there and that alone shows how much it ****. I don't think too many people will leave facebook for some site that I can't even pronounce. Anyway most people don't want everybody at there college reading there blog, because that's where they talk badly about those people who they go to school with lol.
That Sh*t got TOO much goin on.........smh
although A&T need like 60 more............smh...........I only seen ONE of my friends on there tho from A&T.............smh
and with FIVE Gigs of memory per person...........they gonna start charging in a minute...........caus TRUST me that Sh*t AINT Cheap............smh
hell yeah... i thought the same thing... and once they start charging, they can kiss my ****... b/c i ain't got it...
I had never even heard of that site until this thread.
I went to it and registered, looked around a bit. It's OK from what I've seen. It is pretty confusing, but if you like to be a part of threads and posts(ahem!) then it's aight.
there's too **** many now!
facebook worked cuz they customized it for each school. they built up their community and new features first, then they invited more schools. everybody whined when their school wasn't on there, but the anticipation probably caused the word to spread quicker. if we all got on there at once with the same generic setup, it would just be one of the clones, and nobody would join
Facebook - tha shyt
ConnectU - "boohoo, Thefacebook stole our idea, yet somehow we just suck!"
MySpace - it's cool, too bad it's just a well-disguised corporate marketing scheme, now owned by Fox
XuQa - too busy and confusing, but we'll see
Hi5 - never tried it
CollegeClub - looked like shyt
tribe.net - never used it
BuzzNex - never used it, looked confusing tho
OkCupid - it was ok, haven't been on in awhile
PornoPiratePyroPilates - y'all just ain't ready for that **** stuff yet!
and of course, there's still BlackPlanet and Xanga and them...
