FRCC students on campus

Like our students, we continue to learn and grow. In 1995, we offered our first online class, and now we offer more than 500 online courses in an average semester. We've also expanded to three campuses in Westminster, Larimer, and Boulder County. They host state-of-the-art facilities like our new Health Care Careers Center on our Larimer campus and the Center for Integrated Manufacturing on our Boulder County campus.

Work Life Balance

We offer a generous amount of annual and sick leave. Depending on your Employment Classification and full or part time status, we offer up to 4.5 weeks annually of accrued vacation time and 10 hours a month of accrued sick time.

Tuition Reimbursement

Education and your success is a priority at Front Range Community College. Eligible employees, their eligible dependents, and domestic partners may enroll in credit courses at any of the 13 system community colleges.

Health, Dental & Vision

For us, your health is a top priority. We offer several health plans, depending on your job classification. In addition to medical coverage, we also have dental and vision insurance plans to choose from.

Retirement

We participate in Colorado Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA) available to state of Colorado employees. PERA provides retirement and other benefits for more than 500 government agencies and public entities in the state of Colorado.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) offer you an easy way to pay for eligible medical and child care expenses with money that's set aside with a pre-tax benefit.

Disability Coverage

We offer disability insurance to help you meet your financial needs if you become unable to work due to an illness or injury.

Life Insurance

We offer life insurance paid for by the college to eligible employees. Supplemental life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance policies are available for those interested in additional coverage.
