I have been a cashier at Dicks Sporting Goods for almost two years. Being in retail/customer service at a young age has taught me many things I didn’t realize would apply to my life. Seeing new faces and personalities everyday has taught me how to work with all types of people. I have learned patience from customers who can be slightly difficult, I have learned compassion for customers who may not be the same as everyone else, and I have learned how to work with others more than anything. At Dicks I have always had good relationships with my coworkers and managers. I now know how to communicate with people very well, and I have learned conflict resolution, and how to solve issues quickly and efficiently. My job has taught me a lot about how our world works and how each person is different.
Current Whereabouts:
I’ve been into watching new movies and Tv shows, and being involved in my church community.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to be a lawyer and help those who have been wrongly convicted or charged of crimes they did not commit.
