I am a motivated medical assistant student gaining hands-on experience in a hospital setting through a school-based program three days a week. This role has strengthened my clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to care for patients in fast-paced environments. I am passionate about pursuing nursing and becoming a CRNA to improve healthcare access and representation in my community. In addition, I work as a lifeguard, building leadership and emergency response skills. Through helping at my grandmother’s sober living home and staying actively involved in my community, I have developed a strong commitment to service, compassion, and making a lasting impact in healthcare.
