I am an Exercise Science student at Central State University with a strong interest in health, fitness, and athletic performance. My goal is to become a physical therapist and work with athletes to help them recover from injuries and reach their full potential. Through coursework, volunteer experiences, and observation hours in physical therapy settings, I have developed skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am passionate about helping others improve their health and performance and look forward to building a career dedicated to supporting athletes and promoting wellness.
