Education   (request update)
Philander Smith College class of 2006
Undergrad Major: Social Work
Campus Organization:
Delta Sigma Theta
Claim To Fame:
My "Claim to fame" was graduating on May 13, 2006 from Philander Smith College with a BA in Social Work. This will be my second social work degree from Philander. In 1985 I became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. on the campus of Philander Smith College where I obtained my first social work degree. The initiating chapter there was and continues to be Gamma Gamma Chapter.
Most Memorable Moment:
Besides graduating as the most memorable moment was having my mother, who was 90 years old at the time in the audience. She is now 92 years of age. Philander Smith College has an awesome group of social work instructors. The most memorable instructor to me was and continues to be Mrs. Lillie K. Kimbrough. Other memorable persons met while at Philander were Theresa Flowers who just completed her Masters in Social Work from the University of Arlington and Yvetta Pettus Freeman who currently attends the UALR also.
High School: Central High School in Little Rock, AR class of 1973
