Sabrina Anderson joined Sikorsky Aircraft in 2013 as an Associate on the Program Management Rotation Program (PMRP) based in Stratford, CT. The PMRP is designed specifically for people who want to test their abilities and enhance their leadership skills. The mission of the PMRP is to attract, develop and retain the best-in-class Sikorsky Program Management talent through a 24-month accelerated rotation program. The PMRP provides a broad view and understanding of the company through diversified work experience, targeted training, and exposure to the Program Management discipline. In her current rotation she serves as a Project Manager on the S-92 Platform. In her current rotation she serves as a Project Manager on the S-92 Platform. In this role she is responsible for analyzing various Integrated Product Teams (IPT's), including improving cost, schedule and performance metrics. She has created standard work processes for areas of opportunity that she identified thru her IPT analysis.

Before joining Sikorsky Sabrina worked for Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS), where she held the position of Systems Engineer Senior on a large scale military satellite system program. Sabrina held various other positions during her career at Lockheed Martin including Software Engineer and Project Engineer. As a Software Engineer she developed a “One Stop Shop” tool to assist the Capture Management & Support Teams in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s). In 2009, Sabrina was promoted to Project Engineer Senior and earned the title of Requirements Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Ground Based Sense and Avoid (GBSAA) Radar Console.

Sabrina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kentucky State University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Technical Program Management at The John’s Hopkins University.

Sabrina holds positions on various boards including: Membership Director for NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) Public Policy SIG, SNEATP (Southern New England Engineering and Technical Professionals) Scholarship Committee, and sits on the Board of Directors for ACCESS (Achieving College & Career Enrichment Skills for Success).

She is the proud mother of 4 children; including 2 children in college and a son whom is in the United States National Guard.
