Dayton, Ohio native LaTonya Branham is the author of:
•The Academic Prayer (2013)
•CultureSeek (1st edition - 2006; 2nd edition - 2009)
•Spirit Seek (2007)
She is also a contributing writer to Chicken Soup for the Soul: Here Comes the Bride (2012) and Chicken Soup for the Soul: Devotional Stories for Women (2009). LaTonya is one of the founding partners of the Dayton Book Expo (www.DaytonBookExpo.com). As CEO and founder of the Reader2Leader Foundation, LaTonya believes that sharing, teaching, and reading inspirational messages and books can make a great impact on our society. She developed a passion for writing and reading at a very young age. In June 2010, LaTonya was presented with the Rose Award from the Dayton Christian Writers’ Guild for her literary work. LaTonya is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change in Higher Education. She earned a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University McGregor/Midwest and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University. Currently, she serves as a college administrator and as an adjunct professor – teaching Multicultural Education and Reading in the Content Area. LaTonya and her husband, Morton, serve in community outreach (First Fruits) and youth initiatives.
