Have had a number of firsts in the Village of Ossining (initiated and got legislation passed for affordable housing act for new and refurbished developments with more than 4 units (must have a 10% set aside for affordable housing).
First Chairman of Market Square, an outdoor amphitheater in downtown Ossining.

President Emeritus, Howard University Alumni Member, Village of Ossining Planning Board Westchester County Advisory Board (Economic Development Summit) Workshop presenter and speaker at annual NYS Black and Latino Conference, Albany, NY White Plains Juneteenth Heritage Committee
