Aniaba N’guessan is a researcher, entrepreneur, and triple major in Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Morehouse College. He conducts research under Professor B. Douglas Bernheim at Stanford University, focusing on causal inference and AI-driven economic modeling, and previously completed a fellowship at Emory University’s Systems Neural Engineering Lab, where he worked on brain-computer interface decoding. Aniaba is the founder of Viridis AI, a startup using behavioral science and machine learning to enhance productivity, and the creator of 45-Degree Leadership™, a podcast and media platform spotlighting ethical leadership across the African diaspora. Born in Côte d’Ivoire, Aniaba is committed to designing solutions and telling stories that uplift the Global South.

During my time at Morehouse, I have been fortunate to introduce globally renowned trailblazers such as Nobel Peace Prize Winner Denis Mukwege, and most recently, Atlanta Legend Mack Wilbourn at the 36th Candle in the Dark Gala in front of 1700 attendees.

▪ Developing a predictive algorithm using time-series analysis to optimize food allocation in the Morehouse Chivers cafeteria, thereby promoting sustainability and combating food insecurity within the campus community. ▪ Researching the implementation of a robust randomized selection algorithm to use via a mobile application to ethically and efficiently distribute surplus cafeteria food to students experiencing food insecurity.
