I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Arusha, completed in 2015. While in college,I founded Consolation for Disabled Organization,demonstrating my commitment to community service and leadership. Since 2019,I have worked in the Government as a Ward Executive Officer,gaining valuable experience in public administration,community development, coordination,leadership,and service delivery.Iam a dedicated, organized, and results-oriented professional committed to serving communities and contributing to organizational and social development.

Current Whereabouts:

Currently,Iam focused on public service, community development,and inclusive social development.Iam passionate about empowering communities,supporting people with disabilities,strengthening local initiatives,and improving service delivery.Iam also interested in leadership, human resources, professional development,and learning new skills that can create a positive impact in society. I'm also a YALI RLC EA Alumni Cohort 29.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My aspiration is to become a transformative leader in public administration and community development,using my knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to improve people�s lives.I aim to promote inclusive development, empower people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, and contribute to effective and accountable public service. Professionally, I aspire to grow into higher leadership responsibilities, continuously develop my skills, and create sustainable solutions that positively impact communities. Ultimately,I hope to leave a meaningful legacy through service, integrity,and positive social change.
