Certified personal trainer and former NCAA Division I athlete with over 8 years of experience in health, wellness, and postpartum fitness. Founder of ShapedBySymone LLC, I specialize in helping women transform their bodies and confidence after pregnancy. Experienced in coaching, business development, and community engagement, I’m passionate about empowering underserved populations through fitness and entrepreneurship.

I’m currently focused on growing my fitness and wellness brand, ShapedBySymone LLC, helping women—especially mothers—reclaim their health and confidence. I’m also passionate about entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and connecting with other like-minded professionals through mentorship, small business development, and digital marketing.

My life and professional goal is to empower women—especially mothers—to feel strong, confident, and financially independent. I aspire to expand my brand, ShapedBySymone LLC, into a nationwide wellness and coaching platform, while creating resources for underserved communities. Being part of such a historic program taught me discipline, resilience, and teamwork—lessons that continue to shape my life today.
