Piper Harper is an upcoming fourth-year medical student at Morehouse School of Medicine and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a concentration in Behavioral Medicine. Her path to medicine has been shaped by interests in dermatology, community health, health equity, and the ways culture, identity, and lived experience influence patient care. Through research, clinical exposure, service, and mentorship, she has developed a strong commitment to skin-of-color dermatology, culturally responsive counseling, and improving access to dermatologic education in underserved communities. She is particularly interested in academic dermatology, patient-centered care, and projects that bridge clinical medicine and public health.
