The WWDC 2013 Student Scholarship is open to part- and full-time students who are at least 13 years of age. You must create and upload an iOS or Mac app that highlights any development projects you have worked on, your educational background, technical skills, interests and any other information you might include as part of your resume or CV to be considered for this award. In addition, you must be a paid member of the iOS Developer Program, iOS Developer Enterprise Program, or Mac Developer Program; an iOS Developer University Program team member as of August 1, 2012, or later; or a minor sharing a Registered Apple Developer account with a parent who is enrolled as an iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program member.
