The National Forum for Black Public Administrators is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for its 2020 Scholarship Program. the program is designed to recognize African American or other minority students who are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited, traditional four-year college or university, preferably an HBCU, who exemplify outstanding scholarship and leadership, particularly related to public service.
