The “A Voice For Cats” Essay Contest Scholarship is open to students who are entering or currently enrolled in college. You must have a background volunteering or working at n animal rescue organization for at least 20 hours and submit an essay of between 300 and 500 words on feline welfare and the humane treatment of cats in order to be considered for this award.
