To honor the late great Pamela M. Davis, a teacher to all, the Rashad Vaughn Foundation chose to name this scholarship after Pamela Michelle Davis. Pamela showed an overwhelming passion for education and teaching others to be better all around. She never allowed excuses when it came to academic performance. When it came to education, she was always strict because she knew the unlimited opportunities education would bring. Mostly importantly, she taught others that what you put into this world is what you get back. As we prepare to offer this scholarship to future leaders, we hope you pay it forward by giving back to your community through service.
This scholarship is for Minnesota students attending an HBCU.
