Exhibitor Setup: 8 am - 9:30 am, Thursday, June 6th, 2013
Event Start/End Time: 10 am until 3:30 pm, Thursday, June 6th, 2013
Arrival and Setup: Exhibitors are encouraged to book at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta, host hotel for our event. You are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, June 5th.
Exhibitor setup is between the hours of 8am - 9:30am on Thursday, June 6th and the event begins promptly at 10am. All exhibitors are asked to be present in their booths at
the start of our event and be available throughout the duration of the event, ending at 3:30pm. Please consult the Electrical and Package Handling instructions forms for
additional needs regarding booth setup and any special considerations you may need to have addressed. Our event partners, Freeman Events and the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta
have exhaustive expertise in handling the full range of exhibitor needs. Please feel free to contact Daniel Moss at dmoss@hbcuconnect.com for additional help.
Do you have shipments that need to be sent to the event ahead of time?

Additionally, if you need electricity to your booth, you will need to submit an Electrical Request Form and fax to the hotel.
