Man, i didn't even do anything associated with the school this past weekend (it was AAMU's homecoming). It was my b-day tho. My longtime homegirl/lil'sis took me to the movies, then i left and went over my homeboy's house (it was his b-day too). We sat around, **** a few beers and ate BBQ. Saturday nite, i went out to eat with one of my female friends. Since i took off work Friday the 8th (my b-day) and that monday, i finally got some much needed work done. Am I starting to get old?
Homecoming was BUSY....as HELL!! Started up on like Thursday with the parties and house hoppin.... Friday had to get the step show off and rolling. Too bad I didn't even get to see what was going on after we got off stage. I hear it was a MESS!
Let there before the show was over, took it to the Ballroom where the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta and dem dogz of Omega Psi Phi tossed the hottest party. Good music.... good party hoppin....no ****!!
Saturday was PACKED AS HELL on campus. I was rather mad about that one. Its aight though, got over to the greek plots and there was the smell of GREAT food all over. Had some laughs, did some chillin, meetin, and greetin....too it on to the house. That was just Thur, Fri, and Sat afternoon....
Being a junior, homecoming this year was ummm.....WACK :roll:
I'm not tryna knock A&T cuz it's the best HBCU there us (yeah, I said it ) 8) But it coulda been better. How did we lose to Morgan State!! But I enjoyed seeing Allen Iverson (even though he's a buster) and being with all my friends and seeing all that Aggie Pride.
