MOTIONS...Motions is all I use for my shampoo and conditioner...also for damaged hair, or when u just got a perm and say u go swimming...I use that Motions CPR conditioner ( i think its CPR :? if not...its close to it )....it protects hair from being damaged from the chlorine, and helps to repair it if it already is damaged. But yea...I would suggest Motion hair products for all black females...the only Motions product I dont use is the perm cause I use Soft&Beautiful Botanicals.

I use the same thing my hair stylist uses on my hair....KeraCare. I love this stuff....it smells great, cleanses really well, and they have these amazing deep conditioners that I have to use. After use, your hair will smell and look great....like it has a special shine. KeraCare makes really good products, especially if your hair is damaged. Also, Nexxus products are really good too.

^^^CONCUR! I washed my hair with that product yesturday. If you want that Salon smell and look you can't go wrong with Kera- C! They have a great Jojoba **** Moisturizer that works miracles.

I've been using Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner for the past couple months and it works for me (and it smells sooo good! LOL).

I swear by Creme of Nature Detangling shampoo..the one that comes with a 2 in 1 conditioner the yellow bottle with the red writing. For shedding problems, Nutrine garlic shampoo always seems to work for me. As far as conditioner go, I use to think Motions CPR worked but now I dont know. If you can splurge try sebastians Penetrait, good stuff but it is like $27. Ladies, if you get a chance check out www.longhaircareforum.com . It has plently of healthy hair tips if you look through the archives.

Kera-Care is good, I just haven't been able to afford it. My hair absorbs everything quickly so I use Aussie's Moisturizing Shampoo and 3-Minute conditioner. It doesn't strip your hair and makes it manageable. I haven't use the 3-minute conditioner in a while but when I have to buy shampoo and conditioner again I'm going to pick it up. My hair was so long when I used that combination once a week. Then I cut it. Anybody know of any shampoo that is good for colored hair. My beautician says I need one now that I decided to dye my hair.
