Im liking the album myself...the album has some real hot tracks on it, its pretty hot..

No, you actually have to listen to it to understand, because me just saying the title makes it sound totally different. The song is actually about females that men care about that end up playing them, more specifically HIM. It's not anything similar to "what it is hoe."
