after THREE MONTHS of job hunting I finally got a job at fuggin Wayfield Foods...I know I talk about that place smelling like chitlins and pig feet all the time but when the manager hired me I took the job with NO hesitation lol...I started working yesterday and I work from 4-11pm making $5.50 an hour :???: ...
and damn I didn't realize working in a grocery store was so hard...as soon as I got home I was knocked out
o hell naw! man you need to some to walmart....i'm making almost 8 bucks....that's only because of my retail experince though...they'll start you at like 6.45(evy)

I just started working at this nursery home in dietary and it ain't what I expected. 6.50 seems so lil when you have to scrape dishes, wash 2000 pots, and do all kinda lame drawn out duties like package bread for hours at a time. First jobs just suck most of the time I guess.
Congrats on finally getting a job. Are you a cashier? And $5.50 a hour is rough...Georgia really needs to raise their minimum wage cause thats ridiculous....I finally get to start my job on Monday...$10 a hour.

lol yeah this was exactly like the job i had in high school...i was a dietary aid at a nursing home making 6.50... sunrise/marriot nursing home...
it was fun feeding the old people though > 8-)

Congrats on ur job. My first job was at a grocery store too-but i was gettin paid $7/hr. I work at KFC now....@ $8/hr-doin absolutely nothing! Its great. 8)
