Tex Cobb had a few. When Tex was at a Dinner to honor some of history's best fighters, Joe Louis, Larry Holmes, and many other Black heavyweights were in attendence, including Renaldo Snipes. Tex took the mic and starting giving a speech about "what an honor it is to be in the company of some of the baddest niggers to ever live." At this point Snipes stood up, and said to Cobb, " I aint gonna sit here and let you call me ****." Cobb calmley replied, " Sit down, I wasn't talking about you."
