When i see an one of my favorite cartoons from back in the day
When i think about the fact that im knee-deep into college
When i look at my little brother...and see that he's not so "little" anymore (damn that lil boy done got big)
I'm into politics, I read the newspaper
When marriage isn't that far away anymore
When I noticed the fact that I've calmed down a lot since freshman year
I've got hair all over my face now (I look SO young in my avatar pic)
When i can drink around my dad
When marriage doesn't seem so unrealistic anymore
My baby brother has more facial hair than I do (wait, that's supposed to make me feel a little younger), and he's a senior in high school
The fact that I've been a uncle for 2.5 years
Seeing the Super Mario Bros. Super Show on Yahooligans
This is how I know i'm old as hell.... when you:
:arrow: remember playing the tennis game on atari (the one where u slid the bar up and down againt each other)
:arrow: remember when the 1st nintendo can out (the one u had to blow into the games and she-it)
:arrow: knowing all the lyrics to ll cool j's song "i'm bad" from when it first came out
:arrow: don't know not a single show on nicklelodeon and disney, but remember cousin skeeter, my brother and me, keenan and kel, the old all that, the amanda show, etc.
:arrow: when u here your neices and nephwes singing songs like "my neck, my back" and "get low" and remember when you used to sing "doin the ****" and "wrecks n effect"

My lil cousin is now playin high school football.... I remember when that was me

When I showed my 5-year-old nephew a picture of the old Michael Jackson on the cover of "Off the Wall" he didn't even believe that was him...****. It's a damn shame, some people will probably never know that MJ used to be black.
When I say things like "Back in High School..." or "when I was a teenager"
tha fact that my lil' brother iz talkin' to a new female everytime i check up on him :?...AND THAT HE'LL BE ENTERING COLLEGE NEXT YEAR :cry: :cry: :cry:

ALso...when I was @ this thing on campus the other day (Mr. Aggie Pageant) & i felt old as hell when i didn't even recognize any of tha new "get crunk" rap jointz everybody except me wuz wilin' about & seemed 2 know ALL tha wordz 2 :?...thanks 2 me not listenin' 2 rap/hip-hop stationz or watchin BET 4 more than 2 secondz @ a time pretty much since i been back 2 school...
hey..what can i say - i've fallen in love w/ old skool (our parent'z AND our'z from tha '90s)
