Hmmmmm the MEAC is better i mean All the schools are hmmmm how can i put this....... better more prestige all and all i think we are better.... how can school in Mississippi Alabamba and GA and LA be liver than Florida DC Marylad VA and NC Lets think for real here........

Actually Norfolk is located in Norfolk, Va, not Hampton Roads, Va.
I think the MEAC is a better conference eventhough its youngers
there should be like a MEAC vs. SWAC football or basketball game or something with the best players from each school in both conferences. I'd put money on the MEAC
They used to it was called the Heritage Bowl, in ATL, it was the winners of the SWAC and MEAC against each other in football. They stopped having it due to lack of funding. The last time they played it was Southern vs Bethune-Cookman!
Actually, the last time they played it was Southern vs. HAMPTON. HAMPTON won that game 24-3 in 1999, and they were ranked #3 in the MEAC, while Southern was #1 in the SWAC. Hampton played instead of the #1 or #2 teams, because those teams (FAMU and B-CC) received bids to the NCAA I-AA playoffs, while Southern was not eligible for that because the Bayou Classic falls on the first weekend of the playoffs.

I agree.... I wish FAMU was in the SWAC. Yeah the MEAC might win alot of titles, but we're talking about "CRUNKNESS". The SWAC as a whole is more crunk then the MEAC... to be honest the only schools that I like that FAMU plays in the MEAC are BCC and HAMPTON.
I wish we could play schools like SU, Jackson State, Prarie View, ASU, AAMU on a yearly basis, but oh well..........
