Well..... Your QB who "showed some flashes last year" lost his job to a 4th round draft pick rookie. Your team couldn't beat the Redskins despite the defense holding them to only 9 pts (and I KNOW you saw the game because they show all the 'Skins games up here). But your team did kick the Lion's @$$es, I'll give ya that. Right now it looks like your division is a toss-up. The Vikings look absolutely awful, much much worse than I predicted. I still look for them to pick it up though. Daunte Culpepper is a much better QB than 5 picks a game. The Packers couldn't even score a TD against the Lions, then got owned by the BROWNS, quite possibly the worst team in football this year, at Lambeau. I bet they sure do miss Javon Walker. We could be lookin at a 8-8 division winner coming outta the North this year. Still though, the Bears ain't winning no damn Superbowl, unless Kyle Orton turns into the next Kurt Warner/Tom Brady.

He didn't choke he got injured and just never got back to his game after recovering. Anyway it's a different game now and he doesn't have to carry the Bears ike he did in Purdue. Like any other rookie qb you've ever heard of, he can't carry a team anyway. Once Cedric Benson gets in good enough shape he can spell Thomas Jones and that can be a dangerous run game. That's all a defensive team needs. Rex Grossmen showed flashes but he only played in 6 games during his entire career. I like Rex and all, but if he can't stay healthy then he can't be a starter for the Bears. As a Bears fan I find I have to back Kyle Orton like crazy because he's playin as good as any quarterback we've had since the mid-90's and he has upside. We tired of qbs getting injured tho. I say we should trade Rex for a strong side linebacker. O yea.....The skins suck lol. And of course, we gotta see how bad Orton chokes on nov. 20th. Ooo! Delhomme throws his 5th pick to Nathan Vasher.... Vasher, jukes Steve Smith....run's over Jordan Gross,he could, go, all, the, way, TOUCHDOWN!

Man Kyle Orton didn't even do that bad against the Browns. Matter fact if anything we played an overall better game than them, but just gave up two scores in the fourth like some smart football players. But the NFC north is lookin quite similar to the nfc west last year. The Bears are upsetting me though because they can do a lot better. A lot of teams could do a lot better. The two like most improved teams (vikings and ravens) are like total trash so far the season. Worst than they were before their "improvements". Then a bunch of key people are getting injured. The nfl is just crazy this year as far as distinguishing the good from the bad.
