A band wagon fan (sports wise) = one who jumps on a teams ship "once" they begin winning. As soon as they aren't doing as well, they jump off that teams ship
"the rabbit" = one who is willing to jump on HBCU's ship "once" they win a national championship. However, he may jump off because they can't seem to win another national championship.

FAMU has won a national championship in football, the first ever for 1-AA in 1978. So...hmmm...not sure what it is what u are speaking on when u say "once" they win a national championship

ok what i originally meant is i would be a believer in HBCU football im already a fan but i aint gon sit here and debate about it like they really are a threat to win somethin ..........to me it aint nothin worth talking about only about 1/3 of the pple attend the games for football purposes and u can count on your hands and toes the number of hall of famers from HBCUs. not bashing hbcu football but it or any div I-aa teams for that matter are not worth debating thas all

Oh yeah, ****, the only reason ya'll beat Alabama State was due to the fact that Coach Coe wasn't going to risk losing some of his players in a game that they will play every year. The SWAC championship was much more important than some Turkey Day Classic.
Until the championship game, Alabama State under Coach Coe never beat us, so that was his goal.

I know it big, but nothing compared to the Bayou Classic and Florida Classic, so it doesn't too much matter to me.
