No matter what the platform or medium, I am a storyteller.

From my high school years writing short stories and poetry to my college and professional career pursuing journalism, photography and videography; telling an amazing story for all to enjoy and learn has always been the root of my aspirations.

I love networking and listening to the variety of stories that make up a person's life. To me, everyone has a story worth telling.

My passion stems from my desire to spread those stories to the masses and show them how connected we all are.

I've found that talking to entrepreneurs and and those who work in philanthropic organizations have yielded some of my favorite stories I've written to date.

I enjoy film, photography, journalism, radio, and media overall and the connection it has with the masses.

Don't know where my career will take me, but as long as I have my laptop and a camera,I'm along for the ride.

I am a diverse journalist who covers business, education, and science and tech in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. While my trade as a journalist paints me into specific beats, I am a writer and love to tell a great story in a way that only I know how. Everyone has one or two stories that make up who they are and I pride myself in being able to bring that to a larger audience and connect people through the words that I write. If I'm not writing you can also find me in the fitness and athletic world learning more about health and wellness which is another passion of mine.

Most Memorable Moment:

Joining Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Incorporated and being promoted to the sports editor position at the Hampton Script.
