I would say their bathroom and their carpet. These things must be clean. I also notice the smell....like you can't have a funky house. That's a big no-no.
Smell is the FIRST thing I take in...
I am very sensitive to smells, so if your house aint smellin right (not necessarily stinkin, just a smell that aint sittin well with me) there's a big chance I won't be returning... that's prolly why I never go over nobody's house :roll:
