I'm thinking about taking Intro to Computers online but I was kinda nervous because I've never taken an online class at Hampton. Can anyone who's taken an online class tell me what its like and is it a good way to go?
I have never taken an online class, but my mother just took a class online to reinstate her real estate license. She said she loved it, and she will always do it online henceforth. She said it's good cuz u can do it when you want to, and don't have to listen to boring people standing up in front of a room full of zombies.
...exactly...Well it will involve a lot of reading...and lawd knows when the system will be "temporarily out of service"....I've never taken one but those are my concerns...
I gotta a outta the class (I'm a nerd @ heart anyways..)
Had you up @ 9 in S&t.. and then 10 for some occasions.. but it's a SATURDAY ! come on. maybe I jus complain too much, but I enjoy my saturday. I had to miss the cab, cause i had a final for csc (which i had to present @ 10 am) in S&t. Take it, you'll live. find someone who knows somethin about computers..if you dont... and you'll be ok. I didnt even buy the book.
My dad takes online classes in Continuing Ed and he likes it. The only thing is that you have to get aquainted with the professor so that whenever the system is down you can just print out what you got and turn it in. But other than that he enjoys it because it gives you more time to do other things and still have time to finish your work.
Im thinking about taking some myself this summer.
i havnt takin an online class...the closest i got was sociology and all our assignments were online and tests....u basically didnt have to come to class....
