exactly...finally someone with osme sense.everybody keeps forgettin about us but thats aight. its like were the patriots of the NBA. no respect at all.i would say that the patriots finally got their respect this year.nobody can doubt them now.guess were jus gonna have to win three outta four also huh :lol:

But um this talk about the spurs. Broken down by each position on paper of course their the best in the league. Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobli, Tony Parker, I mean Nestrovic even is playin his role. But I just cannot get over how borin these cats are. Im not sayin they dont have the talent to take the championship, but im sayin I dont want them to. When they are in the western finals against most likely the suns, believe ima be rootin for the spurs to lose like crazy. They gotta be the most boring team w/ talent in sports history. I'm lookin towards the East tho. I think right now we can look at records of course not much comp. But when the playoffs come the records dont mean nothin and I think the pistons or the heat can get at any top team in the west and win in a 7-game series. They just got too big of a heart to talent ratio. Just look at the heat who barely made it to the playoffs last year and actually made it to the second round.

Nobody respected the Patriots my ****....Patriots had he longest Winning streak of all time and led the NFL in Defense 2+ years in a row....Yes Detroit beat the Lakers, I give it to Detriot..but The Pistons are not the best Title team in the past couple of years...you and I both know this...well probably I due to the fact ur opinion is going to be biased. ^.^
Wait hold up. The pistons are not the best title team in the past couple of years? Then who are? The Lakers who got uhhhh nearly SWEPT by the Pistons. Come on man. Get off that "on paper" type stuff and look at what really went down. The Patriots surely wasnt in the top 3 defensively this year but they still held one of the best offenses of all time to 3 points. On paper I'll give it to you. The pistons are indeed not one of the top title teams in the past few years. But on paper the 2003-2004 Lakers has one of the best assembled squads since the Mj,Scottie, and Rodman, and "on paper" they got upset..........what......2 or three games in a row...won one game then ANOTHER upset hit them. Throw the "odds" out and look at what a team can really do.
By the way....if im not mistaken arent the Pistons in the record books for "most games played by holding an opponent to 70 points or less"? Cant that be ruled as some of the best defense played of all time? Not talking about anything that happened this year just focusing on the vintage championship Pistons.

It's okay buddy...I'm like that with OU Football..when someone dosent give them their props I almost have a heartattack and die on the floor cold and lonely...but in the truth...OU is not the best team...and they don't have the best players.
The vintage pistons didnt have the best players either but they obviosly had the best team if they smashed the Lakers. I'm just not gettin how you say the pistons championship team isnt at the same level than the past few Lakers championship teams. Explain because it makes no sense. And dont use season stats cause them dont mean anything in the playoffs, better yet in the finals.
