If the Verizon **** try to overcharge me o not really help fix the problem, should I keep my cool, and just go to another one that will help me....or should I start acting like an ignant black girl to get my point across to the point that they fix my phone cause I am being so loud and beligerent?

hmmmm... try to be diplomatic about it first... if that doesn't work, then get to being the ignant black girl to get your point across... most of the time they'll give you the end-around :arrow:
