Just a suggestion: Start clicking the "View posts since your last visit" on the far right corner, instead of automatically going to "The Yard", which is why a lot of posts and forums get ignored.
I find the link really useful cause I get to see a lot of posts that might interest me. You can't really find post by just going to one forum and getting overwhelmed by other old or boring posts.

Imma love moving out - Im working still in my parents house. My dad GROUNDED me. If this isnt the funniest sh*t ever...he didnt like that i spent so much money last weekend, so hes basically saying that he wont let me go out the house. I havent been grounded in so long I think Im gonna allow it. Hehe, i feel like a kid again.
