Currently, African Americans and Hispanics are the most influential and powerful minorities in the US. In a nation where minorities suffer the daily ravages of poverty, discrimination and alienation, activism, education and grass-roots movements can be a powerful weapon against such social evils. However, this is only possible if we join our forces together, and live, march, work and raise our voices together against a majority where corporate values matter more than people.
