Aight, this goes out to all freshman at H.I.U. I'm hearing all over the place that this years Freshman step show is cancelled. What the hell. I'm also hearing that we're going to be a broke **** class. The step show was supposed to make the mula for us. Another thing, what's up with **** already practicing for the step show. My **** went to V.C., and they said that a group of **** were stepping. I just wanted to thank these **** for officially screwing our whole class. Could ya not wait like a couple more months?
^^^They threaten to cancell the Freshman Step Show every year. It's almost a new HU tradition. They end up approving the Step Show after the teams have been practicing for a while.
How can they cancel the Freshman step-show. That's like the culmination of Freshman week...well besides Freshman Ball. They can't do that to us. Oh well, let us know when someone finds out for sure.
I'll keep you posted Jia. Man, I sure hope this is just a threat to keep people from hazing. Our class could really use the money, and the campus could use the entertainment.
my roommate who's on fec and school spirit commitee said we have to write 100+ letters to someone about how horrible our freshmen year is and how there is nothing to do w/o mentioning the step show. then if that doesn't work to get the step show back we can just sign a petition. hum i'm not sure if that stuff would really work but i guess it's worth a try

I thought signing petitions were against school policy...or maybe I'm just thinking about my high school. That would be messed up though if they took the step show away from us.
