We all have our favorite teams...now its time to **** about what needs to be **** about.
Team: Tennessee Titans
Problem: Injuries, bad off.linemen, new WR options
1.We pretty much screwed the pooch by taking the year off anyway, so the injury factor doesn't help much. My solution would be to play the third stringers, and hope for an early first round pick...like, really early (picks 3-10). San Fransico and Miami are pretty much locked in to take picks 1 & 2, so just take what you can get. By doing this, you get your backups some much needed (and wanted) playing time, and giving your overworked and unhealthy starters some rest.
2.Here's another idea: REWORK THE OFFENSIVE LINE. 3/4's of Steve McNair's injuries came from poor blocking, mainly by Justin Hartwig. That unit hasn't been the same since the great Bruce Matthews retired, so its time to do a little maintenance & re-tooling with the lineman.
3. Derrick Mason cannot be the only option for McNair/Volek. Eddie Berlin is OK, but he's playing WR2 when Mason doesn't quite seem like (or always catch like) the #1 WR. I say the Titans should draft either Mike Williams (WR, USC), or go after a QB in the draft and sign a WR in the free agent pool. Whatever is done, we've got to have more passing options than just Volek to Mason. Its already bad enough that the QB has to scramble for daylight almost all of the passing plays.

1. Warrick Dunn doesn't hit the hole hard enough...T.J. Duckett should be starting
2. We can't have 1 game without holding...we just LOVE our opponets!
3. Off. linemen are GARBAGE!!! good that we good rid of Bob Whitfield, but you have to fill that hole that we made!!! dammit i'll play RG for them...it seems like their scared to make some pads click and clack...and keep the defense off the QB...nothing wrong with Vick scrambling...but the off. line has got to produce!
4. We pay Pierless Price TOO MUCH!!!
5. We have NO SECONDARY!!!

injuries.we started off the season losing are other big receiving threat, charles rogers.hes out for the season with a collarbone injury.dre bly got injured too but hes back for the time being.then this past sunday, eddie drummond was injured who was like this years dante hall. but were young and ill give us a couple of years before we really start to come up esp with a good young running back like kevin jones and a young receiver like roy williams...well be fine...

1. They chased Butch Davis out of town...not that I thought that it wasnt time for him to go but damn it didn't help. NOt like we're gonna win anymore games...we coulda kept him til tha end of tha season at least. Offense needs to act like they can play, and block for LUke McCown, or else we're gonna lose him to injury too, which would leave us with a quarterback that we JUST signed off the Ravens Practice Squad (Josh Harris)
2. Injuries...16 on IR list and 9 of them are starters, including our starting quarterback. SO now we're forced to go with a second string offense and a 3rd string rookie quarterback as a starter.
3. We have too many people who are gonna be free agents next year...somethin needs to be done about that..
4. Why da hell did they sign Jeff Garcia in tha first place? Seriously, we should have gotten Ben Rothlesburger (sp?) and drafted him...instead we drafted Kellen Winslow Jr...only time will tell if that was a wasted draft pick or not.
5. Come on, I dunno why they even tryna front like they're tryna win games. Everyone knows they're basically playing for a draft pick...

simply put the offensive coordinator needs to LEAVE!!! and Brian Billick is a whimp. Why in the hell did they wait until the 3rd and 4th qtr last night to go for it on 4th down. You can go for it on 4th and 9 but not on 4th and inches? WTF???
Can we stop depending on the defense to make all the plays?????

Basically. I'd be willing to bet that Parcells & Testeverde wont be there next year. They were stupid goofballs for letting Quincy Carter go. Now look at em. Weak as ice water.
